Georgia Cyber Center

100 Grace Hopper Lane

2017-2019

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project included two five-story office and classroom buildings with a connected two-story auditorium and a parking deck for the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) in Augusta, Georgia.

The center is a GTA-owned cyber range which brings together academia, private industry, and government to establish cybersecurity standards across state and local agencies to develop and practice protocols for responding to cyber threats. These buildings are a place to advance the field of information security with research on vulnerability to ensure reliable and effective practices.

The facilities total 329,756 square feet and house various agencies occupying both buildings. The project scope also included a separate four-level pre-cast parking deck which accommodates approximately 770 vehicles.

This project is part of the Georgia Peach Program.
